Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

1. Who is the data controller?

David Leonard Nagy (Synthin AI), e-mail: david.leonard.nagy@synthinai.com, website: synthinai.com(the “Controller”). Detailed operator information is in the Imprint.

2. What data do we collect?

Contact form: when you submit your e-mail address on this site, we store the e-mail address, which form you used, the language of the page, and the time of submission. Nothing is collected before you press the button.

Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and our own page-view counter — both cookieless and privacy-friendly, recording only anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g. how many times a page was viewed on a day). Neither builds personal profiles, and we cannot identify you from them.

3. Why, and on what legal basis?

We use your e-mail address for one purpose: to contact you about your AI-visibility request and our related services. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to david.leonard.nagy@synthinai.com — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

4. Where is the data stored, and who processes it?

We use the following processors:

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone beyond these processors. Some processors may process data outside the EEA; in such cases protection is ensured by the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long do we keep it?

Until the purpose is fulfilled (our conversation concludes without further engagement) or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. We review stored contacts at least yearly and delete those no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification, erasure, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to david.leonard.nagy@synthinai.com — we respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu, or with your local EU data-protection authority.

7. No automated decision-making

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling. (Our service measures what public AI systems say about businesses — it does not process the personal data of the people who contact us beyond what is described above.)

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
