Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

1. The service

Synthin AI measures how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT) mention and recommend businesses, benchmarks the results against competitors, and prepares custom reports with improvement recommendations. The service is currently in early access: engagements are agreed individually, by direct contact.

2. No engagement without agreement

Submitting your e-mail address on this site requests contact — it does not create a contract, an engagement, or any payment obligation. Specific work, deliverables, prices, and deadlines are agreed in writing, per engagement.

3. About measurements

AI systems are operated by third parties and their answers vary over time and between sessions. Our measurements are documented, repeated samples taken at a given time — they faithfully show what the AI answered when we asked, but no measurement guarantees future answers, rankings, or business outcomes, and improvement recommendations are professional judgements, not promises of results.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, logo, brand assets — is the property of the operator. Reports prepared for clients may be used by the client for their own business purposes; methodology and tooling remain ours.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to send unlawful content, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit other people’s personal data without their authorisation.

6. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes liability for indirect damages arising from use of the site or from decisions based on published information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall be settled primarily by negotiation; failing that, the competent Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.

8. Contact and changes

Questions: david.leonard.nagy@synthinai.com. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page.
